If I could give 0 stars, I would. I visited the salon on May 5th for a wash, blow-dry, and she also used a flat iron. Unfortunately, the stylist (older lady) who worked on my hair severely damaged it. While the damage wasn’t immediately noticeable, I started noticing a smell from my hair that night. After I washed it a couple days later it became clear my hair was burnt. Hair fell off in chucks. Till this day my hair is still breaking off.
