I went to see this doctor and I knew from the moment she came in the room she was going to be unhelpful. She dismissed my concerns regarding pink eye instead of just prescribing the antibiotic eye drops to confirm if my son’s eye redness was in fact bacterial. You can’t tell from the naked eye the origin of why an eye is red and puffy. I then asked about the cost of potential allergy testing and she asked if I had insurance due to my concern of the cost.
