Dr Piquion is amazing. She ensures her patients are comfortable, she's easy to talk to, she's thorough. However, her surgical scheduler, Valerie, is NOT. She doesn't follow-up (called once and LM, I returned that ONE call 4 times and she still didn't call back until I put something in MyChart). Finally when she did call back, she was rude, upset when I asked questions, upset that I didn't know every detail and item Dr P wanted/needed and then proceeded by hanging up on me. Dr. Piquion is just absolutely amazing. I am so lucky to have found her. I was listened to, I was cared about & I was treated with so much care and respect. I'll keep her as my doctor as long as she'll have me. Just an absolute wonderful women.
