Dr. Flores is the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever encountered. She has been my husbands primary doctor for over 5 years. This was my first time interacting with her. I went to the appointment with my husband because I was concerned about his recent weight loss and other symptoms. She was dismissive of my concerns and rude. Johanna Reyes appears to pick and choose who she’s going to help. As a Black woman in America, it can sometimes be discouraging especially when it comes to quality healthcare. I believe it has been over a year as my PCP! She’s condescending and can be disrespectful. Dr Flores is the most thorough Doctor we have ever had, she explains everything in detail, is a great listener and so patient, she will have every type of medical tests done to find out what medical health problem a person is having. We just adore her. The BEST!! Her staff is amazing and will always call us right away with any results, or for medications. Appreciate you ALL
