She was extremely out of pocket and rude while pretending like her comments were helpful. I have dealt with a medical issue I’m trying to get surgery for over 5+ years and she told me I don’t need the surgery and just need to lose weight. Then proceeded to compare me to her daughter who had a completely different issue than mine. The entire experience was uncomfortable and honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctor.
Worst experience I’ve had. I had to wait one hour for the doctor and they tried to charge me more than they should. I had to fight because of the wrong amount.
The receptionist is very kind and friendly, Dra. Collazo is very kind and empathetic, she always listens to my concerns. 22 health is a place where you can go and you will find improvements. The place is spacious, clean and always has a good atmosphere.
