I placed an order December 7 and I still don’t have a confirmation number for shipping. The coffee was supposed to be part of a Christmas present but now it will not arrive in time

This is the best coffee! By far my family's favorite. Also the best customer service ever! Had a small issue with an online order and had an email back from Chris deMezzo within an hour resolving it. Definitely a customer for life!
