Great customer service and friendly staff, I’ve had my Lasik surgery done over there, they went above and beyond to support me through the process I was really scared from the beginning but after talking to the doctors and the nurses they had me in and out with no time, two days later I drove back home to fargo.
Dr. Heuer and her entire team have been the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process. Everyone has been super helpful and friendly and communication can't be beat. There was a last minute location change the day of my procedure but it was handled beautifully and I was able to work with the same team I worked with at the Wayzata Blvd location on the same equipment so it relieved any potential concern. I highly recommend Joffe!
The staff at Joffe was so accommodating to my questions and schedule. Everything was so well explained and straightforward and I left feeling confident about the procedure! There was also a location change on the day of my surgery but it couldn't be handled with more ease or more beautifully or professionally Everyone was so friendly and encouraging, Dr. Heuer even gave me a hug when the surgery was complete! I loved my experience here and would recommended anyone who is considering LASIK to go here!!
The group at Joffe was awesome. I got to experience many of the staff members and they were all very professional and eager to answer all my questions. The experience could not have been any better.
