it's a nice place to eat overall. But for placing a reservation a month and a half in advance for NYE, then the reservation cant be found not good customer service. The gentleman who was asking about reservations was very rude about it like we were lying about placing it having a very rude tone to his voice. The reservation was found only to find it crossed out because the name couldn't be read by him. First time visit today for my birthday with family. Fantastic and huge chicken parmigiana! My family all had great lunches- red clam sauce pasta, chicken and Swiss sandwich, and the Italian sampler. Everyone enjoyed their meals very much and the server was great. Glad to find another outstanding Italian family restaurant in Syracuse!
I love this place!! Best Italian food!! Almost just like being in Italy. The taste like it, well then I leave and it’s back to reality!! Awesome place to take anyone. This place will always hold a special spot in my heart.
