Purchased a Giant Anthem this year and couldn't be happier. Great customer service and great owners. One warranty issue with the bike and within an hour was out the door with a fully functional bike. Joey took care of everything with Giant directly so I didn't have to worry about it all. Outside the business Joey and Mandi help promote events that benefit more than just cycling. Once again, great owner and a great business!
Always great service and a good laugh at Joeys Bike Shop! Joey and Mandi are extremely knowledgeable with bikes and they will go out of their way to help you.
This shop is great, I worked with Joey at a shop years ago. He taught me a lot and continues to. If your looking for bike stuff or a great conversation this is the place.
