While riding the Allegheny Highlands Trail today, my rear brakes weren't responding the way they should. I stopped in Joey's Bike Shop in Elkins. Joey immediately came out and adjusted my brakes...and did not charge me. Great customer service! I will certainly stop back the next time I'm in town.

The best bike shop in the whole wide world! Went to have a pedal assist sensor installed in my ebike conversion. He stayed an hour late to install it and if that weren't enough he even installed a rear brake rotor for me! When it came to be time to pay he gave me an incredible price and I had to insist to pay more. Will be purchasing any further bikes and having all my professional bike work done here. 10,000% customer satisfaction! I have never had better service ever!
