I have been doing business with Joey Watkins since they opened the Winder location. Loyal and faithful customer. I even introduced him to the most talented musician to ever play in his band.... I cannot say enough good things about this place and it’s people. I showed up at 4 today with a tire that was leaking air pretty bad. They were totally booked up, but still helped me right then and there. And on top of then doing more than a lot of other places they didn’t charge me for the fix (my tires are magnets for screws lol). I have been going here for the last few years and never once have I had an issue with any services they have done or customer service! I wish I could give them 10 stars. Customer for life!!
Joey Watkins is one of the few companies that still believe in customer service. A great group of guys and good prices.
I would not send my worst enemy here. They fixed unnecessary problems to leech almost 2 THOUSAND DOLLARS. They messed with the alignment numbers to make it appear that the wheels were fine. She drove it down to Columbus with a flaw that could have been fatal. Her tire rods could have snapped because of their negligence. The car is now back in the shop and will cost an additional 680$ to actually fix the real problem.
YES!!! We love Joey Watkins and their staff! My windshield wiper motor went out the evening before we were leaving on vacation and 8:00 am the next morning they were on it! Got the part and got it fixed so we could head out on our family vacation! They went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful! Thank you guys so much!
I would highly recommend this tire and auto shop. My car was towed there because I had ran out of gas and could not start it up. They were able to get it started for me very quickly and I was on my way. The customer service was exceptional.
