Easy to talk to, explained diagnosis in an understandable manner.. definitely would recommend to anyone needing an orthopedic consult.
Cortisone injection of the wrist and scheduled for Carpal Tunnel surgery. Dr Carter is the best. Never rushes. Treats you like you're his only patient. And good sense of humor.
