Joey let me do my whole insistence on my perceived value of my house. He tried to keep me grounded but still let me die on my hill. Die I did. When I finally started listening to him, my house sold at the literal exact price he said it would. Highly recommended due to his acumen as a realtor but also as a person he is not going to push you around. Even if you need to be. He will nudge you certainly, but if you want your realty issues solved, shut up and listen
