Morgan was exceptional. He and the team got me in my new Wrangler
Worst experience ever. We found a truck online and called to see if it was still available as well as to confirm the details (mileage, price. etc) online were correct. I spoke with Jerry and he confirmed everything. We then drove 4 hours to the dealership prepared to trade. During our travel to the dealership I also received an email and text stating we would qualify for their "employee pricing". We were looking at Jeeps under the Costco program. The rep assigned to us was was not professional and lacked candor. This was the absolute worst experience I've had in over 40 years at a dealership.
