Very friendly. Unique items you can't find anywhere else. Owner is always willing to help and greets everyone with a smile. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a special gift or just want to treat yourself.

Joette's has an amazing selection and pricing is also very reasonable. We easily found the perfect jewelry and clutch for my daughter's prom. Joette even used a pair of earrings to make a customized hair barrette to match. Thank you so much!

I had the best experience at Joette's today! My sister and I are each getting married in the next few months. We planned a trip to here (she lives in Oswego) for today. My sister forgot her purse at work and was much later getting to the shop than we planned. I called the shop and they said they would stay open longer and normal to accommodate us. I used to frequent the Armory Square shop years ago in Syracuse. Fell in love and it continues! Great merchandise, friendly staff and awesome displays!
