Joette is always beyond personable and helpful. Her prices are terrific, she has a heart of gold and more than that stands by her products and is thankful for anyone’s patronage. Recently we had a situation before where a brides bracelet was broken in the packaging after buying it right before closing on Saturday, her response was immediate after finding out. I go to Joette’s for all my jewelry and accessory needs for all the events that my daughter and myself attend. I love her store and can’t image going anywhere else. The atmosphere and customer service are top notch! And the best of all is Joette is FABULOUS!!! She knows what I like and is always extremely friendly and helpful.
