ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! She was so rude, refused to get me lab work done to check for my hormone levels. I should have been reffered to an OBGYN I have no idea why this woman is even there. All she did was talk down on me she basically said I was on my own when it comes to PCOS issues. ABSOLUTELY WILD!
My best friend called me distraught and upset in regards to Lucco’s horrific bedside manner and complete dismissal of her pain and suffering. Literally stating “people in the UK wait 8 months for an ultrasound so you should be fine”- like WHAT?! And when she started crying in pain, Lucco dismissed her again and attempted to refer her to mental health instead. Horrible practice, but par for the course at Adventist Health. My recommendation?
