Joe’s Window Cleaning has cleaned my Pacific Grove condo building’s windows for years. They always do a great job. The staff is friendly and professional. I noticed that the reviewer xyz xyz below is an owner in our condo building and he gave Joe’s a 1 star review. He complains that Joe’s employees took too long to start work and took too long of a work break and he complains that only 4 people showed up in the crew this year rather than the 6 people that were here last year. Joe's Window Cleaning from Aptos, California cleaned the windows of our condominium complex but set off some red flags which need to be addressed by the owner, Joe, with his employees: DON'T RECOMMEND JOE'S WINDOW CLEANING FROM APTOS, CALIFORNIA FOR YOUR WINDOW WASHING! CAUTION! 1. I have used Joes window cleaning in the past. Excellent service and staff..Last year his son took over. He was late to 2 different appointments and then I just cancelled. He forgot about a friend of mine who had an appointment. My original price was $325. This year he just about doubled it. I do understand a price increase but almost doubled after one year is ridiculous. Very disappointed in how his son is handling the business. Not only have I cancelled, 3 other friends cancelled due to his high pricing jump.
Great job cleaning my solar panels… on time, efficient, and affordable.
If you live in Santa Cruz County, these are the guys you want. I’ve tried them all. Joe’s is by far the best.
