Absolutely wonderful. Service excellent. Very personal and willing to please. Would recommend to everyone who needs their service.
Never had the opportunity to evaluate work qua,ity/effort. Called them twice & left voice mail with all the information requested and my calls were never returned. If this is how a "prospective" customer is handled, I find myself hesitant of hiring their services, should there be a dispute over completion, or fullfillment of, contracted services.
I had the same experience, as the BBB complaint. Getting the job 'completed' is like pulling teeth, especially if you give any money up front. Be prepared to hear many excuses and get the run around.
I had a dead tree on the corner of my property that needed to be taken care of. If not done properly it could have damaged any one of my neighbors properties. I called Joe's Tree Service. And they did a great job. I'd highly recommend.
Arranged to have these guys top, lift and thin, an out-of-control Oak tree. Joe came out personally to give me an estimate. A 2-man crew showed up on the day Joe said they would. It was hot but they worked through the heat and did a great job! Joe and his crew were polite, thorough and professional. These guys even did a last-minute stump haul-way for just a few bucks more. Yeah, they're not a big name service, but they have that local connection and they did very nice work. Very reasonably priced as well. Thanks J.T.S. !
