Just a question when you guys come to this tire shop do they ever say anything about a broken lug nut? Every time I bring a veichle to get a tire here they always have a broken lug nut to show me that they can fix? I found it strange that every time I come that happens has anyone had similar circumstances? Different veichles too!
Okay, this man actually listens to his customers. I went to two other tire shops and told them something was wrong with my tire. Did they take me seriously? Nope. They completely blew me off—probably because I’m young—and basically told me “better luck elsewhere.” Then I came here. Hands down, the service was amazing. He jacked up my car, found a small rock in the tire, and honestly, he said I didn’t even need to pay him. He listened. Treated me like a human being. Showed real kindness and compassion.
