They do a great job with small standard maintenance as well as fixing the bigger problems.
I have had nothing less than GREAT experiences with this local shop and with Mike the owner. I 100% recommend you come here for all your vehicle needs. This is a super great business and customer service is on point! Had my repair in and out in no time and they were very honest about the work and what was needed and priced for.

Absolutely fantastic staff. I came from Memphis where I had a high expectation of service quality and have been burned in the past by many other shops in the area. Joe's Tire and Auto is one of the best places that I have seen in Northeast Arkansas as far as quality of Service pricing as well as the knowledge of the staff. These guys aren't your typical auto parts store greenhorns. Everyone at this location is very knowledgeable and will treat you honestly
Took my car in for an alignment. After a few minutes of waiting they informed me they could not properly do the alignment until I got a certain part. Not only did they not charge me they informed me of what part I needed and gave me a detailed print out of the alignment specs. After ordering the part I dropped my car off at lunch time and it was done by the time I got off work. They extremely good prices and a fun friendly staff. Will be taking all my vehicles there.
Exceptional! Best professionals in town and I’ve been to plenty of them, it’s not worth the headache trust me; save yourself some time AND money and just go to Joe’s. Get it done right the first time! I definitely recommend! Thanks Mike!
