I came in one day to switch tires from one set of wheels to another and the guy had an attitude and was rude
Id leave a negative 15 if I could I called last week offered to pay ahead for 4 tires and called this morning when they opened and was told yeah to be there bye 12 called again at 1130 and now they is only 2 of them there so go to get them and they sold them to the people before me when I drove over 20 minutes on bad tires to get there. Very very bad customer service
William is great. Very helpful and does great work. Be sure to call first as he is often booked up so a little planning ahead is much appreciated.
