I love Joe's Station House the food is so good! The Italian beef pizza is my favorite!! Everytime I have been there that atmosphere was so fun and the service was excellent!!
Tried to make a reservation for 16 people for a birthday gathering, they wouldn’t take the reservation or act like they didn’t care if we went elsewhere. Guess they didn’t need our money. We were very disappointed. They said even if we called ahead would probably be a long wait with that many people, so I said I will take my 16 people and go elsewhere.
My family and I have always been a huge fan of Joes! Wonderful food, great atmosphere, and excellent service when we visit. The one thing that i do not like is when we ordered our dough nuggets the last time we visited, they came with cold marinara rather than warm like previous times. When we asked our server if we could get new, warm marinara, she informed us that they can no longer serve it warm. First time there and the girlfriend and I was seated pretty quick. It was 12 minutes before anyone stopped and asked if we had been waited on. We recieved our drinks moments later but this person was not our waitress. Another 5 minutes passed before our waitress finally took our order. She was apologetic for the delay with some lame excuse. Disappointed. We haven't had the chance to stop and eat for a few months so was looking forward to some yummy shrooms. Wasn't busy. Several waitresses, but a few were on their phones and we never got waited on. Not even drinks. Atmosphere was very different since the remodel, as well. Definitely not the same place it used to be.
