Where’s the option for HORRIBLE customer service?!?! My family has been a huge fan for years, yet tonight was treated HORRIBLY and had to wait 40 min after reservations. Reservation for 5, including a high chair. Made to feel horrible by the “host” blaming us for “not requesting a high chair”. 5 is 5. Ive been here and i know there are high chairs. I had the best experience 5 years ago with my baby in a high chair. Food is excellent. Whoever was hosting tonight is not.
