I have ate at Joe's several times since I moved to Chicago, and I have never been let down. The food is outstanding and the service is top tier. It's one of mine and my fiancees favorite places to eat for a special occasion. We always leave with a smile! Highly recommend the bone in steaks and the king or stone crab, all is wonderful. Their peanut butter pie is to die for, and we love the specials (grilled octapus salad and we got the strawberry ice cream pie once). We will for sure be back again!

Actually had reservations for another steak and seafood grill across the street, but upon arrival there was a note taped to the door about an unexpected closure. We saw Joe's across the street and decided to try it out and I'm super glad that we did! The atmosphere and service was absolutely wonderful. They were booked full for the evening, but the maitre d was super kind and willing to help us quickly find a seat in the "first come, first served" area.
