I had a furnace issue and couldn’t get it to heat up. Although he was booked up the day I called, he worked with me on the phone, asked me what was going on, gave me pointers, and was able to help me get it working remotely. He didn’t have to do that, especially since I wasn’t a paying customer, but that kind of commitment to helping lets me know he’s reliable and trustworthy if I need rv repairs. I’ll definitely be calling him next time!
Joe responded quickly and with amazing professionalism. No one around had the specific part I needed but he searched everywhere, even though we were not able to find the part that was needed he still checked everything in detail and refused payment because he didn’t feel like he should get paid for a job he couldn’t fix. Great guy, super helpful, extremely nice. You just don’t get good business like that anymore. Thank you Joe, my new go to when camping in Fredericksburg
Joe answered on his day off and walked me thru repairing our hot water heater. This was our first time out after winterizing and we were not getting g hot water at all. After a little bit of work, he helped me determine the issue and got the gas side working. We didn’t expect him to do this, but he did a great service for free and saved our trip.

Joe is an honest and knowledgeable RV expert. I described an issue on my hvac, and he told me how to fix the simple issue myself, no service call and no charge!! There are not too many businessmen like that any more.
