Joe is an honest and knowledgeable RV expert. I described an issue on my hvac, and he told me how to fix the simple issue myself, no service call and no charge!! There are not too many businessmen like that any more.

Staying in Fredericksburg for a week with 5 days left and our hot water heater stopped working. I called Joe at 7:05am and he answered the phone with a smile and was here by 11 and had it working again in about 10 minutes. Thank you Joe - this is the kind of customer service that can be hard to find sometimes!
Called him 2 days in a row this past week, left voicemails,and texted him once. No response from him whatsoever.
Joe is the absolute sweetest guy. He helped me fix my water heater step by step on the phone. Definitely hit him up if you need something.
