I attempted to get an oil change a half hour prior to closing time. When pulling up to the garage door. I was waiting and the owner gave me a dirty look while sweeping and did not say anything to me and just closed the door. This was very unprofessional and concerning if that is how they treat their customers. If you are no longer taking costumers at least let a potential customer know. I will never go back to this place and will spread the word of the inconsideration for a customer to my friends and family. I love the locat... read more
Stop lying to people and never ever tell a customer to go Phuck themselves. That would be a start. The rest can be read on Yelp by the other disgruntled clients.
I have been going for about 8 years and everyone was very nice until I went back two weeks ago and everyone was new workers and i have a 2018 and from my oil change they say i need a head gasket and i can take to them I told them this a brand new truck how do it need a head gasket already so I told him I will take back to the dealership then so the other guy yell and say did you tell her and he said yeah she taking it to the dealership he goes and say naw tell her we can do it then the other guy said she taking it to the dea... read more
Stop taking advantage of customers! Shame on them for taking advantage of a slightly challenged female customer that simply came in for an oil change,,, $900 later!!!!,,, You're going in The Hall of Shame,,, just watch!
