It took an hour to get our food. Waitress was terrible she didn't give us refills on drinks or check on us the whole visit. Kitchen staff had to bring us our food. NEVER going back to this location again.
Bad server!!! She was so incredibly rude, she got both of our orders wrong and when I asked her to fix one she acted like it was such an inconvience to her. We are there for an event and she completely ruined the atmosphere.

Terrible service. Walked in a little after 10pm on Memorial Day and there were 2 people behind the bar and one girl working the floor. They weren't busy at all. No one greeted us. One girl looked at us but never came over and the other girl behind the bar was back in the kitchen eating. Then she came out front and poured herself a coke and drank it while following the other bartender around. Worst service ever. Judging by the other reviews this is the standard for this bar.
Wish I could do a negative star. Server sucked didn't even introduce her self! Waited 10 mins just for her to great us! The another 15 mins just for a drink!! Then another 15 for her to come back and ask us if we wanted food! We got our check and left. But we will be back because we like sam next time we will be asking for her specifically!! She always takes care of us! Even tonight when she wasn't our server she still comped our 2 drinks! We love you sam�
Great place the Bar person AMANDA is terrific, Beers are cold.
So loud inside. Limited selection of IPA and wine. Not for us.
