During the recent wind storm I had a very large tree fall in my backyard. While it did not hit any structure it landed between my house and my neighbors. Joes Property Management responded quickly and the tree was removed within 3 days. They left the property immaculate with no trace of the tree when they were done. Very professional and courteous throughout the process.
John and Tony are professionals. We had every confidence that they would execute my instructions to the letter. They would let me know if we needed to alter our instructions if there was a better way to meet my objectives. They both had decades of experience and particularly on the islands which have a special culture of its own.
