My family and I went to Joe's Preowned Autos in Moundsville with all intentions of pay cash for a pickup today (10/19/2020). Although we were the only customers, no one bothered to assist us. We walked in believing the salespeople were waiting on others to learn they were all behind their desk relaxing and chatting back and forth to each other.
