Say NO to Joe!!! – If at all possible, avoid this poor customer service riddled shop. Also, there is a charge for delivery and pick up that they dont mention until it's time to pay up. For half the price...look up H&H Power Equipment in Hales Corners.
The mower man Have used service several times, Some delay in getting equipment in timely manner but Joe seems to do good work. Price about same as any other service center.
Joe's Equipment - Bad Biz Told me 10 days when I called to ask how long it would take to look at and repair my snowblower. After 12 days and no word from anyone at Joe's, I called and was told..."oh yeah...it'll be done tomorrow." Nothing the next day, so I called and was told the same thing..."you should have it tomorrow." Next day...nothing. Went out of town for a week. Called the day I got back...THE SAME THING!!!
