Joe gave us an estimate on our pool, and upon our agreement for him to proceed he from that point on did everything above and beyond what we expected. Even after the installation and all business was settled he still cares about our satisfaction with our pool and stays in contact to be sure we are still satisified and we have all the supplies and knowledge to maintain a beautifel and safe pool. The pool I bought from Joe's Pools was paid for 3 years ago and when I call him for help he treats me like I still owe a balance. He goes above and beyond my expectations, their are few companies I can say that about.

Joe has a good work ethic. He answered all of our questions fully. When he put in our pool he did it in a timely manner, with no mistakes, taking care of our yard, and barley disturbing our son who worked third shift. Joe has always been here when i have needed his service. Had problems last summer with allergy bad ,was planning a pool party for my grandsons graduation and some way i kept fighting this allergy Called Joe and he came over and took care of the problem.Could not ask for any better person and service than he has given me . I have been dealing with Joe for many years. He is dependable and knows what he is doing. Last year when I messed my pool up with chemicals he came right over and straightened it out quickly. He even came over after it was fixed to make sure it was still ok. My pool will be 30 yrs old this year and it still looks like new. Joe replaced the liner 2 years ago and it looks great.
