All I have to say, is that when it comes to heating and air conditioning the guys at Joe's Plumbing & Heatingand AC know their stuff! They had me back up and running in no time. They had the part on their truck already which was super convenient. Before my uncle recommended that I use them, I called 6 other companies who told me they could not come out for 4-10 days out. I called Joe's Plumbing & Heatingbecause our system was turning on and off. They were able to schedule an appointment for us and we had a guy come fix our issue. It's nice to be able to get a company be able to repair the system right on the spot. I would recommend this company for anyone having heating problems
My heater kept shutting on and off until it eventually blew air. If professional and quality needed a picture it would be Staff's. He not only fixed the problem, he educated me on how things worked and the why behind it all. IMO It doesn't get better than that. A great business that believes in providing good quality not just the monetary benefits behind a service. I would absolutely recommend Joe's Plumbing & Heating-conditioning to my friends and family.
I had an emergency heating situation and Staff responded almost immediately, drove pretty far even though he was just about to end his day, and wrote a really comprehensive summary for me afterwards. He even called a few days later to check on me and offer to help if I needed him to explain the situation to the building's management
Our heater was working intermittently during the colder months of Dec and Jan. This morning the outside temp was 29 degrees and the thermostat was set to go no lower than 65 degrees. It was 59 degrees in the house. Called around on a Sunday and no responses. Then Joe's Plumbing & Heatingto the rescue!!! They had one availability for Sunday Morning (same day).
