Cubs games on the patio; pure bliss.
We left without even having a drink. We were visiting Iowa city and someone had recommended Joe’s. We went to the rooftop and sat down. A server came and cleared the dirty glasses that had been left at our table without so much as making eye contact. She sever came back. She was hanging out at the bar and helping other tables but never once looked in our direction. After about 10 minutes of looking around from our seats for someone to take our order we decided to leave and did.
