Perfectly crisp cheese slice for $2.75. So good.
2.75 pizza slices. Pretty good for a snack.
I'll spare the empty hyperbole of useless phrases like "NY's Best" and "traditional classic" and mention that the recipe for the (sparse) pizza sauce seems to be tomato purée and white sugar. Bleh.
The sign says "since 1975" but it has been in Williamsburg for less than a year. They must be using a relative timescale.
This is one of the better counter slice spots in Brooklyn. Traditional NYC slice. No fancy, over the top toppings. Just a perfect slice of pizza.
Cheese is great but the pepperoni slice is outstanding; sweet tomato and salty, slightly crispy slices of meaty pepperoni goodness. Do it!
