I want to make this my top ny pick because it's possibly the best tasting ny style pizza I've had - I live their sauce, and its perfectly blended with the cheese and dough. The problem holding thus place back snd thus only 4 stars is the lack luster crust. The crust us a bit dry and a tad bit cardboardish, and lacks crispness. If they could figure out say, a tjin, light crisp cornmeal crust, their pies would be over the top.
