Took my niece thinking would be fun to do, something different. Pun arrival it was apparent they weren’t expecting us. No music playing in splatter room as I had thought there would be (even asked if this was an option since I had saw previous reviews as such). Explained we had never done this before and asked for any tips or techniques to which none were provided. All the members of our group were novices at this activity. Joe/Jody/Jay welcomed us from the very beginning of our process to the end (including reservations and follow-up emails). Joe/Jody/Jay was warm and accommodating. We had a fun surprise birthday party at her location, using pre-stenciled canvases with a theme favored by the birthday girl.
