A driver at a stop sign bumped into my rear bumper. It was damaged enough that it needed replaced. Based on the excellent reviews on here and other social media sites, I went to Joe's for an estimate. The pricing was reasonable (lower than the two other competitors I went to and the insurance adjuster). The quality of work was excellent. The bumper was replaced perfectly. Took my Ford Thunderbird in for touch-up on my driver side door and rear panel. I am very pleased with everything. The price was lower than the other companies in the area, the quality of work was outstanding, and the customer service was wonderful. How refreshing to have a great experience w no hassles. Fast and honest service! I have to get my car's bumper fixed, and my passenger door was not opening due to some damage to the fender. I really needed the door to open, as I'm well into my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and will need to sit on the passenger side soon. They gave me a detailed estimate for what we'll have to pay, *without pressuring me to do it right now*, AND they fixed the door problem in an instant. With this and the staff's friendliness they've gained a customer, thank you!
