I’m being evicted for just talking to someone that I didn’t know wasn’t supposed to be here and used the excuse that my rent was from month to month and then ducks us won’t return our calls or anything I do not recommend this place to anyone
Can't even get in touch with someone here to get a mobile home levelled. I can only imagine if something needed fixed after the job was supposed to be done and the struggle to even get back in touch with them. We've been calling almost daily for over a week now.......
If you need your mobile home moved do not call this guy he will play you for 9 months then make you find someone else anyways
This review is based on his communication and follow through with what he says he will do. After 4 weeks of back and forth between phone calls and texts, nothing has been done. I can't say what quality of work he does because we never got him to actually do any.
Claimed he would do the job then never heard from him again. Waited weeks on him to respond reached out multiple times. Now back to square one trying to find someone. Would not recommend.
