Not very dependable ..... repeatedly promised to meet me to provide an estimate on lawn care services, but failed time and again to show the basic courtesy of letting me know he couldn't keep his anticipated meeting time. I finally gave up on continuing to contact him after about two weeks of failed intentions.
Dishonest. Joe does not stand by his word. I would not recommend using him at all.
