Great Place – Just went to Joes this week to start my spring planting. Everything looks great, they have some awesome plants. Everybody I talk to there is so friendly and fun. I love going there!!

Horrible customer service – I called to ask about the availability of a product and the person answering the phone was horribly rude.

Rude as Can Be – Absolutely Rude!!! Dont try to call this place and speak to anyone with manners or professionalism. It was the same as the the reviewer above with the lady on the phone. Maybe they just need to "Clean House" with some of thier employees.

don't go here – the service here is bad bad bad so bad they are rude and don't even answer you questions i am out of town and with a company i asked the lady something and she told me she couldn't help me because i didn't address myself when i called for one i didn't know i needed to when calling to ask a question that all i needed was A yes or NO answer i would not go here if it was the last place around im glad they are in NC and im not atleast here we know how to talk to people little or big

Customer service has gone down hill – For the past few years I have gone to Joe's for all my needs. Lately it seems as if they no longer appreciate your business. Actually it may not be all of them because on two seperate occasions I had the same employee help me and she was rude for lack of a better word. They used to seem glad to have you as a customer but it seems they have out grown that and now are so big the small person does not matter anymore.
