Ordered a Bacon cheeseburger, with fried onions and tomato. What I got was a regular burger with lettuce, tomato, raw onions and under cooked bacon. Thank you Joe's K-Ranch. Normally I like the food, but not today

Even though we went without a reservation on a Friday night, we still had a great experience. The pan seared scallops were amazing when paired with potato pancakes.
Food was outstanding, unfortunately service would rate a negative 2 stars. Tried to give a second chance tonight but service was worse than a month ago. Food delivered ten minutes apart at same table. Needed to track down staff for water, condiments and check. Our food was delivered to wrong table and given as complimentary to wrong table. Caused delay in our food. Persons at table needed to eat at separate times. Funny that complimentary food given to table that didn't order and full charge to PERSONS who didn't get food.
