We have been here several times and had very good service and good food. Tonight our visit was most disappointing. We were seated and watched 3 servers walk past us for about 4 to 5 minutes with no one acknowledging us. A couple that had been seated after us in a booth next to us had drinks delivered and were having their dinner order taken while we still waited for somone, anyone to address us in any way shape or form. I would like to apologize again, and I’m sorry you feel the need to give us a bad review. I would like to add that it was 6:30 on a Friday night, and Christmas weekend...we were extremely busy. Myself and our entire staff were working as hard and as fast as we could to please everyone which was approximately 100 people in the dining room and probably 30 carryout orders at the time you were in.
