I had no issues making an appointment and was told someone would arrive between 12 PM and 2 PM. Scott arrived just after 12 well equipped and organized to perform a furnace and fireplace maintenance for me. He was personable and informative and got the job done without issue. Super prompt, professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend and we’ll use again in the future.

I called Joe's a few days ago. They set up a convenient time for a service call and Nathan showed up right on time and with everything he needed. He was courteous, knowledgable and professional. He explained how the unit peformed and everything he was doing and why. Our unit was cleaned and tested and confirmed fit for service. The peace of mind is well worth the reasonable service fee.
