Joe and his wife Whitney work together to deliver beautiful results. It was a joy to see how hard-working and cheerful they are. I will hire them again for all our flooring needs.
Joe was great to work with! He took extremely good care of the floors and made sure all the sanding was done perfectly. Highly recommend and overall great experience! He was very knowledgeable, has lots of experience, and treated my wood floors like they were his own.
Do not use Joe for your floors. You will regret it from day one. He will ask for a deposit to book, half the first day and remaining half upon completion. But he will ask you for money every day in between giving you some sad story or excuse about needing money for supplies. His work is amateur at best. And he will lie to your face and tell you something is going to get done today and then not even show up. Working with him was a nightmare and I regret ever calling him. I would highly recommend Joe to do any wood flooring work. I can’t express how much of an awesome job he did on refinishing our hardwood floors. I honestly felt he went above and beyond to make us feel satisfied with the whole experience and work. And he beat every price/bid I got with all the quality and more.
Joe was personable and professional and the work done was nothing short of first class! Our floor is a bit unique so it took a little longer than expected but Joe constantly communicated so it went by quickly. Would highly recommend to anyone that asks!
