My garage door started rubbing the side jamb and would not close completely. I sent photos to another garage door contractor in Pomona and they told me I would need to replace the springs and hinges. Brian came out and was able to adjust the springs and chain which fixed the problem. He said that the springs would need to be replaced eventually but they were fine for now. He saved me a lot of money. I already recommended Joes Overhead Door to some of my neighbors.
Our garage door has slowly been having problems more frequently. We did have the springs changed about 4 years ago. Finally after weekly issues we called Joe’s Garage Door Repair. They set up a service visit and Jonathan was able to fix the problem very efficiently. I think it took less than an hour. He replaced the plastic wheels with metal ones. It turned out the springs that were previously placed was too weak for our door’s weight. Now the door is working fine and actually much quieter than it used to be. 5 stars.
My garage door got rammed into yesterday morning and I had no idea what to do. After some calls to the neighbors I got the same answer: call Joe’s Overhead Doors. Wade was able to come out a few hours later to assess the damage.
