Joe's Friendly is anything but friendly. My wife and I have been taking our vehicles there for many years, when Joe was running it. Recently we've noted a marked decline in service. We've had to take our cars back several times for simple fixes to get done. Most recently, our car was needing some major engine repair, and we were waiting for an estimate in order to decide whether to fix it or junk it. Instead of getting back to us, they had the car impounded and towed. We will not ever do business with Joe's Friendly again.
