They spent more time to finish the job then what they told me. Because there some problem that they didn't not see before they gave me the price they told me. And it cost more because of it to.

Rob is knowledgeable about fixing many different things. Did a good job but I feel the price of a service call should have been adjusted for a minimal job that only took 1/2 hr max. I would hire him for other projects in the future.

Rob came out to the house to give me an estimate. He showed up on time as he did for our scheduled work day. He took care of several projects such as re-screening a patio slider, installed a GFI outlet in my kitchen, repaired a broken drawer and installed a diverter in my shower head. He moved easily from one task to another and did a good job. I will call him again in the future. His prices seem fair.

After scheduling a couple of times and needing to cancel (mutual decision) due to time conflicts we finally decided that the first job of the day would be best. That way his schedule doesn't keep getting pushed out. Rob was professional and did a good job.
