PSA: It has happened about 5 times in the last 2 weeks. A customer has bought a "new/used" car off someone's front lawn, craigslist or Facebook marketplace that was for sale and they were told it was a great car. They took the seller's word for it and bought it without having it checked out. They bring it in for NH inspection and find out it needs hundreds or thousands of dollars in repairs to pass safety inspection.
