Joe the new owner will turn that old ripoff cycle city around. I have already just walk in and found some cycle additives which i could not find. I know many people that know Joe. I have been told by older cycle mechanics that he is the best mechanic. He also is fair. His hourly rate is much lower than most shops. Joe got my old sports bike running like new. For being a new owner, and a small man team, they get the work done quickly and most importantly its safe. I live in the city and bring my bike out to this place.
